A versatile and experienced finance expert/administrator with over 22 years’ experience in the banking industry. Having held several high level positions and provided leadership across many strategic business units. As a Vice President in charge of branches and corporate banking in the north, Akinwumi interacted and collaborated with industry leaders and large corporates. Akinwumi most recently served as CEO of Traxi Continental Limited, a multi-billion naira private sector-driven farm mechanisation service provider. He’s currently the Founder and CEO of Kamtrac Nigeria Limited, a leading Agribusiness company that is engaged in business of Farm mechanisation, input distribution and processing.
He is a professional problem-solver and adviser with over 28 years in Agribusiness. He was the Director Agric, Produce Inspection, Pest Control & Fisheries Department, Deputy Director Agric Service, Chief Agric Officer Fertilizer Coordinator of the Ministry of Agricultural and Natural Resources. He is currently the Consulting Lead at Kamtrac Nigeria Limited, where he corresponds with clients to identify and evaluate their business or technical requirements.
